Privacy

The short version: your data runs your demos. It doesn't run our ads, and it doesn't leave your account. Here's the whole version.

What we record

When a visitor starts a Prismo demo session, we store what the session needs: the questions they asked, the product steps they took, and the outcome (signed up, booked a call, or bounced). We also collect standard analytics (page views, device type, rough geography) through Google Analytics 4, which is subject to its own privacy policy. We do not record keystrokes, screenshots outside the demo flow, or any field the visitor marks as sensitive.

What we don't do

We never sell visitor data, and we never use your customers' data to train models that serve other companies. Your product recordings and transcripts belong to you — other Prismo tenants can't see them, and our support team can only access them when you've asked us to look at something specific. Demo-session data is retained for 90 days by default; you can shorten this or export it any time.

Cookies & settings

The only cookie we set ourselves stores your theme preference. Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies for the analytics described above. You can decline analytics and all non-essential cookies at any time via your browser settings; the site — and every Prismo demo on it — works without them.

Your rights

You can ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. Account owners can also export their full dataset (sessions, transcripts, recordings) as an archive. Write to privacy@prismo.com and we'll answer within 30 days — usually much faster.
